Payment Policy

Initial Consultation: $350
Private Tutoring: $350/session (each session is 1 hour and 50 minutes)
Credit cards are not accepted.

Full payment for all tutoring appointments are due within 10 business days of the scheduling of the appointments or at the beginning of the first appointment, whichever is sooner. Any private tutoring appointments for which a payment has not been received may be automatically cancelled. If a student needs to cancel an appointment, a full refund for the cancelled appointment will be issued as long as the cancellation is with 36 hours prior notice.

PAYMENT POLICY EXPLAINED: I have not always had such an inflexible payment policy. In the past, I have assumed that since I provide, what I think is, a valuable service, those utilizing my services would pay in a timely manner. However, my experiences with some difficult individuals have forced me to question my assumption. Although those who infringe are but a small minority, as a small business, it is just too time consuming to deal with those who attempt to exploit loopholes that accompany flexibility. As such, I have opted to implement a prepayment policy for private tutoring appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
